What is Co-Living 

Co-Living properties are built very similar to traditional properties with only a few differences. The key difference is that each bedroom is built with an ensuite and a kitchenette. With this addition it is now possible to lease each bedroom to a different tenant. Co-Living properties range from 3-6 bedrooms. 

Depending on the location the rooms will rent out for between $250-$350 per week. Due to the low vacancy rates, there is a 75% minimum rent guarantee.
